I have been a full time real estate investor for over 8 years, but I’m by no means an expert investor that knows everything (as some gurus out there claim). However, I have had many successes and have made many mistakes as well.
As there is no need for all of us to make all of the same mistakes, I will share everything that I have learnt and am learning as far as what works and what does not.
I have narrowed down investing in real estate to 6, easy-to-follow steps which will allow you to become proficient in both residential and/or commercial real estate investing. Each of the 6 steps will allow you to systematically learn and implement real estate investing strategies to help you complete successful deals.
